Rebrand and rebuild in just 12 weeks

I have worked for Laundrapp, via AND Digital, in an agile team of 10 people: 5 Developers, 3 Business Analysts and 2 Designers.
Laundrapp and AND Digital have identified those following areas for improvement:

  • Technology: end-to-end rebuild of their iOS and Android app, through React Web App.
  • App Rebranding: applied the new colours, fonts and updated Styles for the new look and feel UI.
  • UX/UI Improvements: since we had to recode all the old App in order to improve speed and performances, we have put in place a research to improve the general App functionalities, especially for areas as: Items Selections, Labeling, Navigation and Order placement.

In the preliminary phases an interesting task has been to get a clear map containing all the ‘As it is’ screens of the App.

Branding restyle and UX Improvements

At the beginning of 2020 the company has decided to refresh its mobile and desktop look, and because of this the Laundrapp marketing team has provided our Design team with a new colour palette, and a new font in order to be applied and implemented in the new PWA (Progressive Web App).

Great team efforts bring great reviews.

Working with a first class consultancy agency as AND Digital has been really rewarding. Together we achieved a complete rebuild and rebrand of the existing Laundrapp Mobile experience (both IoS and Android), working in Agile and using weekly Design Sprints.
